With no health insurance or money to go to a detox facility, a 30-year-old New York man made a heartbreaking plea to a local television station for help overcoming his addiction to heroin. That`s when a volunteer at a recovery center stepped in to secure emergency medical coverage and a bed at a rehab facility.
